Even the little things you do can end up changing the world. So even when it doesn't seem to matter much at all, be sure to do your very best.
Live each moment authentically, true to your highest values. You cannot deceive the massive connected web that is life, so be as honest and sincere as you can.
What you do, what you think, and what you say all goes out from you, and the farther it spreads, the bigger it gets. Then, much of it comes back to you, even though you may not recognize it.

Difficult is not impossible

Difficult is not the same as impossible. Indeed, the very fact that something is difficult confirms that it is possible.

Whatever is difficult to achieve, can be achieved. Whatever is difficult to reach, can be reached with effort, with time, with commitment and persistence.

Difficulty does not stand in the way of achievement. Difficulty in fact provides a path to that achievement.

Giving up because the task is too difficult is like quitting a job because you're being paid too much. When you're on to something that's difficult and demanding, you're on to something with great potential.

Be willing to embrace what is difficult. And you'll open your life to the best of what is possible.

Uniquely valuable

You have made it through what has come before, and you can make it through what is yet to come. Every day brings more experience, and each experience brings new strength.

You have moved beyond more obstacles than you can remember. That's given you what it takes to move through the ones that are now appearing on your horizon.

Feel your doubts, feel your fears, and explore your concerns. Learn from them, adjust your approach, and then move on ahead.

We stumbled out of Eataly to find this refuge in a concrete city. The market is a well curated selection of good eats in the city. There is something for everyone....

I finally tried Wafels and Dinges (must get the special sauce- speculoos). Also shared a green focaccia with pesto bufala mozzarella from Piccolo a slice with artichoke, mushrooms, ricotta & gorgonzola from Roberta's pizza....last some pretzels from Sigmund.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think, we become.
